END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and marinegrau OG ("Company," "we," or "us") for all software-products obtainable from marinegrau.com ("Software").

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, marinegrau grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on as many device as you obtained licenses owned or controlled by you for personal and commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable law

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is owned and copyrighted by marinegrau OG. Your license gives you no right to ownership of the Software.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MARINEGRAU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL MARINEGRAU BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Marinegrau may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any term hereof. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Vienna, Austria.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
